7. Invoicing

If a product becomes unavailable due to a technical issue or if a corrupted file is delivered, the customer is entitled to notify the Service Provider.

The Service Provider will remedy the issue without undue delay or restore access to the product.

The customer shall report any such issue within a reasonable period after becoming aware of it.
